ACCIONA distinguished for its Talent Management in the E&E Awards for Innovation in Human Resources

ACCIONA Corporate University and, specifically, our Technical Training Schools, were distinguished in the 10th Annual Emprendedores & Empleo (E&E) [Business & Jobs] Award for Innovation in Human Resources.

These nationally acclaimed awards acknowledge companies that uphold their commitment to people management. The award-winning project, called "Universidad ACCIONA: Banco de Excelencia" [ACCIONA University: A hotbed of excellence"], showcases our professional grooming model based on training itineraries and multi-channel methodologies.

The E&E Awards panel of judges singled-out the cutting-edge nature of ACCIONA University, our training model and ACCIONA's talent management style, all of which ensure technical excellence and help drive the Company's growth and international thrust.

The project includes a knowledge map, ways of pinpointing experts within the Company, and an extensive array of people management tools. It also offers solutions aimed at ensuring professional growth through teamwork and the acquisition of knowledge. Employees are fully aware of their growth targets, and overcome the challenges through the tailored training itineraries and structured training placed at their disposal.

ACCIONA has also opted for new technologies in the shape of multi-channel methodologies (videos, webinars, podcasts, etc.), efforts to drive online activities by lending greater weight to the Campus virtual online learning space, and collaborative learning through the "Learn in ACCIONA" communities.

These efforts have brought this new distinction to ACCIONA. The presentation ceremony of the E&E Awards, one of the high points of the Spanish HR calendar, was held yesterday in Madrid (Spain)
