ACCIONA Real Estate takes its Madrid properties and Parque Conde Orgaz sale and rental offering to the SIMA trade fair

The stand will also showcase commercial property and coastal housing developments.

ACCIONA Real Estate will be taking part in this year's Madrid International Real Estate Show (SIMA), which will run from May 20-23 at Madrid's IFEMA trade fair centre. The Company will putting the spotlight on its latest homes in the Ensanche de Vallecas district and a new development in the Adelfas district, as well as commercial property across the Madrid region and a number of coastal housing developments. The Company will also be showcasing used residential properties (to buy or rent) in Madrid's Parque Conde de Orgaz area; these developments are 50%-owned by ACCIONA Real Estate.

ACCIONA Real Estate's stand (8D 101) will also feature the last remaining 1-bed homes in the Las Amapolas development (Ensanche de Vallecas district), close to the Valdecarros subway station. This development offers state-of-the-art infrastructure, generous green spaces, a covered pool, paddle-tennis courts and communal gardens and play area. Prices start at 186,000 euros, including parking space and storage room.

ACCIONA Real Estate has also begun to market 12- and 2-bed flats in its Edificio Ópalo residential building, located in the Adelfas district, a stone's throw form the Pacifico subway station.
