ACCIONA does a ‘double’ in Capital Humano 2010 awards

ACCIONA comes top in the Internal Communication Policy Strategy category for its Campus Virtual initiative on the company intranet, and gets a Special Mention in the Integral HR Management category for the Canal Empleo (employment channel) on the corporate website.

ACCIONA has been honoured with two awards from the specialist magazine Capital Humano, published by Wolters Kluwer. The publication's prestigious annual awards for Human Resources Management are now in their 14th year.

ACCIONA's Executive Director Corporate Resources, Dolores Sarrión, collected the awards at a ceremony held recently at the Madrid HQ of Spain's Instituto de Empresa business school.

The Capital Humano awards for HR Management acknowledge professional standards in this field, as well as the development of tools and techniques for managing, organizing and motivating the people who make up corporate workforces.

The awards come as recognition of the work carried out by ACCIONA Corporation's HR, Internal Communication and ICT departments, whose members have combined their efforts to develop the Campus Virtual online training platform and the Canal Empleo online employment channel, the two projects that were honoured by Capital Humano.
