Discounts of up to 35% on ACCIONA Real Estate homes at coming trade fairs

The company will exhibit at Madrid’s SIMA Otoño, Seville’s Aquí Tu Casa and Barcelona Meeting Point.

ACCIONA Real Estate, the pioneer in eco-efficient housing, will be among the exhibitors at a number of coming real estate fairs, between October 22 and November 2 in Madrid, Seville and Barcelona. The company will offer discounts of up to 35 percent and a mortgage payments protection insurance policy on residential properties across Spain.

At the SIMA Otoño fair (October 22-25), ACCIONA Real Estate will be promoting its housing developments in central Spain, in Madrid and Guadalajara: homes in Las Amapolas (Ensanche de Vallecas, Madrid) will carry a 20 percent discount; housing at Los Ventejos del Bercial (Getafe, Madrid) will be going for 30 percent off the usual price, and buyers can save up to 35 percent on properties at Las Jaras de Valdeluz (Ciudad Valdeluz-Guadalajara).

ACCIONA Real Estate also has a range of offers on second-hand housing in Madrid. Buyers can pick up a studio- or 1-bedroom apartment at Parque América (near

Avenida de América) from 127,000 euros, or from 174,000 euros at Machupichu 43 (next to the Ice Palace); 2− to 4−bedroom properties have just gone on sale at the exclusive Los Olivos de Orgaz. The company also offers rental properties from 750 euros/month in Madrid’s highly desirable Parque Conde de Orgaz area.

At the Aquí Tu Casa fair in Seville (October 22-24), ACCIONA Real Estate will be showcasing its four eco-efficient housing developments in the Andalusia region:

• Seville: Los Azores (Mairena del Aljarafe), with properties starting at 160,000 euros, and Los Jarales (Espartinas), where detached homes start at 245,000 euros.
• Almería: Homes from 135,000 at Los Flamencos.
• Huelva: Apartments on sale from 125,000 euros at Los Pinares de Moret.

Finally, more ACCIONA Real Estate eco-efficient properties will be on offer at Barcelona Meeting Point (October 27 – November 2), where the company’s eco-homes in the Catalonia region will carry discounts of up to 35 percent:

• Gerona: Els Blauets, Les Roselles (Sant Antoni de Calonge), Els Romanis (Sarrià de Ter) and Turó de Mar (Lloret de Mar).
• Barcelona: Els Esparvers (Manresa) and Les Dàlies (Roda de Bara).
• Lérida: Alosa Residencial.

The above discounts are available until November 30 and are part of ACCIONA Real Estate’s “¡acciónate!” campaign launched last May, offering buyers up to 35 percent off on all properties in Spain developed by ACCIONA Real Estate without partners.

The campaign also includes a mortgage payments protection insurance policy on all the homes included in the promotion. In the event of unemployment or temporary disability, the policy guarantees home buyers advance− or mortgage payments for five years. Some promotions offer rental properties with an option to buy.
