ACCIONA takes Infrastructure Journal Award

Infrastructure Journal, an online publication, has honored ACCIONA with an award in the Sponsor of the Year category for the financing of large infrastructure, energy and water projects worldwide. 

The panel of judges took into consideration eleven large ACCIONA infrastructure projects, including high-profile projects such as the wind farms in South Fraser (Canada), Eurus (Mexico), Waubra (Australia) or Yeong Yang (South Korea); Coronel-Los Álamos (Chile) or La Windsor-Essex (Canada) highways; Ibiza's Can Misses Hospital; the desalination plant on the same island or the Zaragoza urban tramway. These projects come to a total US$3,500 million's worth of investment, and reflect ACCIONA's commitment to environmental, social and economic sustainability.
