ACCIONA Real Estate to showcase eco-friendly homes at Barcelona Meeting Point 2011

The Company will take part in BMP with 1- to 3-bedroom homes in residential developments in the Spanish cities of Barcelona, Girona, Lleida and Tarragona.

ACCIONA Real Estate will be showcasing homes that use up fewer energy resources and bring down pollution.

ACCIONA Real Estate will take part in Barcelona Meeting Point, held at the Feria de Barcelona trade fair center from October 19th to the 23rd. The Company will be showcasing its offering of first and vacation homes available at a number of locations on Spain's Costa Brava, Costa Daurada, Manresa, and the provincial capitals Lleida and Girona, with prices ranging from €80,000 to 166,000. ACIONA Real Estate's developments feature sustainability principles and introduce four important aspects: energy savings, rational water consumption, clean construction and sustainable design.

The developments on offer at this event include Les Roselles, located in the coastal town of Sant Antoni de Calonge (Girona). The homes are just a stone's throw from the beach and provide a broad range of services and amenities, such as nearby schools, supermarkets and shopping malls. The homes themselves (prices start at €135,000) have a generous communal garden space with a swimming pool and car park. The one- and two-bed apartments have private gardens at the ground level and the top floor apartments have large terraces.

Les Dàlies is a beachfront development on the Costa Daurada and is within easy reach of the Port Aventura amusement park (30 minutes' drive) and a variety of local tourist spots such as Salou and Cambrils. Eco-efficiency comes first
