ACCIONA Real Estate's "Ahorra o nunca" campaign returns with cut-price property, including a mortgage protection policy in the event of unemployment or temporary disability.
ACCIONA Real Estate will be at Madrid's International Property Fair at the Spanish capital's IFEMA Trade Fair Center from June 2nd to June 5th. The Company will be offering bargain prices on new and used homes in Madrid and on second residences in Spanish seaside locations Benidorm, Costa Brava, Costa Dorada, the Balearics and Tenerife. The special SIMA-only discounts go up to 35% and are part of ACCIONA's running "Ahorra o nunca" (Save/Now or Never) campaign.
In addition, all ACCIONA Real Estate promotions come with mortgage-protection insurance in the event of unemployment and temporary disability covering mortgage payments over a five-year period as of the signing of the contract or deeds.
ACCIONA specials at SIMA include the Edificio Ópalo residential complex located in Madrid's Adelfas neighborhood, a short distance from the Pacífico subway station, near the Avenida Ciudad de Barcelona and just a few minutes from the Méndez Álvaro Hipercor shopping mall. The complex offers 1- to 3-bed properties and features an indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and children's play area, all in a central location and perfectly connected. All ACCIONA Real Estate developments are built according to sustainability criteria, and one of the Company's main goals is to develop projects that contribute to environmental conservation, while limiting costs for owners. ACCIONA Real Estate meets the criteria defined within the concept of development and sustainability, according to three premises: energy savings, rational water use and clean construction with a sustainable design.
ACCIONA Real Estate homes are equipped with mechanisms that
allow for overall energy efficiency, studying the limits of thermal
demand through passive saving. Special techniques are applied, such
as the use of bioclimatic architecture, efficient heating and air
conditioning systems that use renewable energies, including solar
thermal energy; home automation and regulation systems; efficient
lighting, such as low consumption bulbs and lighting timers;
low-energy appliances (A, A++); and energy-saving elevators.
Inside every ACCIONA Real Estate home, water use is reduced by
installing elements such as flow-control faucets and dual-flush
toilets. Outside, water consumption is kept to a minimum by using
gardening systems with automatic watering, indigenous flora and
systems that recycle and reuse gray and rain waters. This helps to
take full advantage of water resources for use in common
areas.
With regard to construction, all ACCIONA Real Estate projects
attempt to enhance habitability and accessibility: better acoustic
and ventilation conditions, advanced planning for maintenance, and
