ACCIONA Real Estate offers discounts of up to 35% on residential properties at Barcelona Low Cost Salon

ACCIONA Real Estate will be offering attractive discounts on residential property at Barcelona's Low Cost Property Salon. The fair will be held in Pavilion 8 of the city's Trade Fair Center from April 23rd to 25th.

Visitors to the Salon can choose from a range of ACCIONA Real Estate housing located on Spain's Costa Brava and Costa Dorada, and other homes in the provinces of Lerida y Barcelona (also in Spain). As part of the company's 'accionate!' campaign (which runs until July 31st), the properties will be on sale at up to 35% below their usual price.

All homes developed by ACCIONA Real Estate come with a special insurance scheme offering coverage to mortgage or forwarded installments over five years in the event of the borrower becoming unemployed or suffering temporary disability.

The bargains include homes in two developments on the Costa Brava and one on the Costa Dorada. The company is also promoting two residential developments just a few minutes' drive from central Gerona, one in the heart of Lerida, another in Manresa (Barcelona) and one in Palma de Majorca (Balearic Isles).

For buyers looking for near-shoreline properties, Les Roselles de Sant Antoni de Calonge, on the Costa Brava, is just a stone's throw from the beach not far from the coastal towns of Calonge and Palamós. Les Roselles sits in a landscaped setting with its own private pool and parking space.
