ACCIONA has risen six places in the 2010 H&H Webranking annual survey for Spanish corporate websites, improving on its 2009 position and now ranking fifth in Spain.
ACCIONA has risen six places in the 2010 H&H Webranking annual survey for Spanish corporate websites, improving on its 2009 position and now ranking fifth in Spain.
ACCIONA exceeds the average of the scores of companies in its sector in all variables. The company's bid to improve on-line communication with all target audiences is reflected in its rapid ascent in the Webranking survey carried out by indepenedent consultants Hallvarsson & Hallvarsson since 1997. This ranking assesses on-line corporate communication by 950 largest companies Europe, segmented by sectors and countries. ACCIONA comes fifth among Spanish businesses, a six-place improvement on last year. Moreover, its overall score has increased by more than 16%.
The table is made based on variables such as corporate page layout, interactivity, home page information, corporate press room, financial information, etc. In all these parameters, ACCIONA has scored above the sector average and higher than the average scored by major Spanish companies. The study also describes as "outstanding" the design and technology of ACCIONA's website and the latter's search utilities, and greatly appreciates the information on Corporate Social Liability . ACCIONA, and through its website, encourages communication on- line with its stakeholders through social networks. These good practices have led to recognition through distinctions such as the Tea Capital Cegos Award or the Capital Humano Award obtained in 2010 for its Employment Channel initiative which encourages interaction with potential employees through LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter and provides its guests with numerous on-line tools.
