ACCIONA Inmobiliaria obtains AENOR certification for environmental and quality management systems

The AENOR ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications acknowledge that ACCIONA Inmobiliaria’s environmental and quality management systems fully meet international requirements.

ACCIONA Inmobiliaria has successfully passed the audits required for obtaining UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 Registered Company certification and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management certification. These international standards recognize the efficiency of the company’s quality and environmental management systems.

The certification, awarded by the Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification (AENOR), covers activities in real estate promotion and real estate asset management.

Requirements for ISO 9001: 2000 are based on eight quality-management principles, in particular client-oriented service, focus on processes and continuous improvement. For ACCIONA Inmobiliaria, the certification comes as recognition of the company’s commitment to its clients, suppliers and employees.

For its part, the ISO 14001: 2004 certification ensures the efficiency of the company’s environmental management system and the correct control of the environmental impact of activities, products and services, by preventing, reducing or eliminating them. This rating is an acknowledgement of ACCIONA Inmobiliaria’s firm bet on sustainability, a commitment that makes the company a pioneering force in eco-efficient housing.
