Macarena Carrión

Lawyer (Madrid Lawyer College).

She currently holds the position of General Area Director of the ACCIONA’s Chairman Office since 2009.

Prior to her current position, and between 2007 and 2009, she was Assistant General-Director and Director of Endesa’s Chairman Office. During this period she also was member of Chilectra’s (Chilean Electricity Company) Board of Directors.

She was Director for Business Legal Counsel in Vodafone España, Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Vodafone Foundation and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Vizzavi España S.A. all during 2001 to 2007.

Between 1995 and 2000, she was Director for Corporate Legal Counsel of AGF Unión Fénix SA (now Allianz), Secretary of the Board of Directors and Legal Advisor of Fénix Insurance and Reinsurance Companies, Inmobiliaria Inverfénix, Fénix Sistemas, Unión Inversora Internacional, Unión International Technique, Computer and Financial Services.
